In Britain, domestic violence affects one in four women. Two are murdered every week.
This film investigates how only a fraction of perpetrators are still ever brought to justice even though many have tortured and abused their partners for years. It contains extraordinary actuality footage – including film taken by police officers who, as part of an experiment to change low conviction rates, wear head cameras in an effort to gain hard evidence that will convince prosecutors to take cases to court.
