Despite the Arab Spring, hopes of democracy being established in Libya are fading. Reporter Seyi Rhodes and producer Laura Warner venture into Tripoli, where an invasion by armed militia has resulted in a collapse of order. Rhodes shadows Tripoli's firemen, whose failing attempts to keep themselves and this dangerous city safe have left many in despair.
