Reporter Kiki King and director Ruhi Hamid travel to Mexico, which has become an international hotspot for the rapidly expanding, multibillion-dollar child surrogacy industry.
Mexico is now a favoured destination for prospective parents around the world after controversies and clampdowns in India and Thailand, and a successful surrogacy costs less than half the price in the USA, although the disturbing situation can put surrogate mothers at risk and place the ownership of the baby in question.
